1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been assigned to a delivery partner, it cannot be canceled. This is because the food preparation and delivery process will be in progress.

If an order is canceled before it is assigned to the delivery partner, the cancellation will be accepted.
2. Refund for Canceled Orders

If a customer cancels an order before it is assigned to a delivery partner, a refund will be processed.

In this case, 75% of the total amount paid will be retained as a cancellation charge.

The remaining 25% will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
