These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, mobile site, and services by all users including customers, restaurant/vendors, delivery partners, and any other registered or unregistered visitors. By accessing or using FoodHunger.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Definitions

Vendor/Restaurant means any food provider listed on the platform

Delivery Partner means a person or entity responsible for delivering orders
2. Use of the Platform

You must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account or placing an order.

You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

FoodHunger.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any activity performed through your account will be considered your responsibility.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Ordering and Payments (Customers)

Orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by the vendor.

Prices, menu items, and availability are controlled by the vendor and may change without notice.

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order through available payment methods.

Once an order is assigned to a delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If a customer cancels before assignment to a delivery partner, only 25% of the paid amount will be refunded and 75% will be deducted as cancellation charges.
5. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is only an approximation and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or failed delivery.

Customers must be available to receive the order. Re-delivery is not guaranteed.
6. Food Quality and Responsibility (Vendors)

Vendors are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, hygiene, and safety.

Vendors must ensure that listed menu items, prices, and descriptions are accurate.

Vendors must accept and fulfill confirmed orders in a timely manner.

Vendors must comply with all applicable food safety and business laws and licenses.
7. Vendor Obligations

Maintain proper packaging suitable for safe delivery.

Prepare orders exactly as accepted through the platform.

Inform the platform immediately if any item is unavailable after order confirmation.

Not misuse customer data received through the platform.
8. Delivery Partner Obligations

Deliver orders promptly and in good condition.

Handle food packages carefully and maintain basic hygiene.

Not open, tamper with, or consume any part of the order.

Behave professionally with customers and vendors.
9. Cancellations and Refunds

No cancellation is allowed once the order is assigned to a delivery partner.

If cancelled before assignment, 75% of the total paid amount will be deducted and 25% will be refunded.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

No refund will be provided for delays caused by customer unavailability or wrong address.
10. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability

FoodHunger.in acts only as a technology platform connecting customers, vendors, and delivery partners.

We do not cook, prepare, or directly deliver food.

We are not responsible for food quality, taste, portion size, or vendor actions.

We are not liable for any health issues, allergies, or reactions caused by food items.

Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users, vendors, and delivery partners must not:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Post false, misleading, or harmful information

Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform

Copy or misuse platform content, logo, or data
12. Intellectual Property
All content on FoodHunger.in including text, design, logos, and software is the property of FoodHunger.in and may not be copied or reused without permission.
13. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
14. Suspension and Termination
FoodHunger.in may suspend or permanently terminate any account:
